J. David Mullan
J. David Mullan is the regional manager for Sheaffer International, LLC and is responsible for preparing feasibility, cost-effectiveness and financial analyses of the Sheaffer modular Reclamation and Reuse system, and ecologically-sound stormwater management system. He is coordinator of market development, research and strategic planning. Mr. Mullan has his Masters in Public Affairs Management and Resource Economics from Michigan State University and his experience includes studies for nearly 100 projects – municipal, residential, business and industrial, resorts and golf courses.
